Please provide your complete postal address, as we ship both U.S. Postal service and Fed Ex Ground, depending on weight and value. If you are located outside the continental United States, we will contact you with the shipping and handling charge, if it is more than $5 higher than what shows on your checkout form. We do not offer insurance or lost or damaged coverage on orders being shipped outside the continental U.S. and we are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise. All taxes and other charges imposed by your government are your responsibility. Lost or Damaged Coverage - We package our products securely. However, once your order leaves us, it is your responsibility. This charge is optional, but if not selected, then we will not be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise. Sales Tax - Orders shipped outside of Texas are not taxed. Orders shipped within Texas will be charged sales tax. Payment - We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards (on-line or by fax). We screen diligently for credit card fraud. If you prefer, you can use PayPal which, in addition to the credit cards above, accepts American Express and checks. The price you pay when you order is final. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Order Problems - Please check your order when it is received. If there is a problem, you must contact us within ten days of the invoice date. Problems brought to our attention after that time, without good reason, will not be addressed. By ordering, customer agrees to limit Little Extras' liability to the value of the product purchased. Manufacturers are responsible for their representation on archival products. Return Policy - We are committed to your total satisfaction. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, return it to us within 20 days of the invoice date. A refund or credit will be given after the return is received, whichever you prefer. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and return shipping is your responsibility. Returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition. Custom cutting is not returnable.
